📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through our trusted courier partner PostEx.

🚚 Shipping Partner

All orders are delivered via PostEx Courier Services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or promotional periods, processing time may slightly increase.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Free for a limited time

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via WhatsApp or email

  • Tracking details to monitor your parcel through PostEx

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of confirmation, please contact us at skinstoriespk@gmail.com.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan via PostEx.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • The provided contact number is active and reachable.

❗ Failed Delivery Attempts

  • PostEx may attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the parcel remains unreceived, it may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours at +92-316-44-00-665.

We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
